Art Cart activities
This is a trolley that has six sets each, of three different activities. Please contact the education team to find out which activities are on each month, and to book a date for use. Pop into the gallery any weekend to see the Art Cart in use for family groups.
Frisky Bags rucksack trails
Suitable for smaller groups like art clubs. These are rucksacks full of activities to help you explore the collections. Pupils can work in teams with an adult to discuss or solve each activity. Borrow yours from reception.
Bags for Babes
A series of playbags of textile shapes to recreate a picture on display. Great for very young children.
Clipboards
You can borrow a set of up to 30 clipboards to use in the gallery.
Teachers discussion notes
- A set of discussion cards to help you and your group look at the Work and Leisure room on Floor 1.
- A set of discussion cards to help you and your group look at the Animal and Birds room on Floor 1.
- A series of question cards to support group discussions around the contemporary art displays in the Fresh Out of the Box exhibition.
